Diana Abellera - Senior Director
Diana has spent her entire career in the nonprofit sector fighting for social and environmental justice. Initially she developed and led programs with food justice and sustainable ag organizations, eventually discovering that she enjoyed fundraising and managing program finances. To help support more nonprofit organizations, she started her own grant writing business and worked with a family foundation to increase grant disbursements to the field. She loves working with small and mid-sized organizations to help program, development, and finance teams work more effectively together and increase their impact in communities throughout the country.
Diana lived in the Bay Area for 20 years before moving back to her hometown of Atlanta, GA. She enjoys playing the piano, camping with her family, and hiking with her big goofy dog, Champorado.
